DESCRIPTION:
Offered for sale is a collectible 1971 Polish P-64 military/police pistol chambered in 9x18mm Makarov. This is a desirable Cold War-era Polish service pistol manufactured at the Łucznik factory in Radom, Poland.
The P-64 was developed as Poland’s compact service sidearm and entered service with Polish military, police, and security forces during the Cold War. Although its compact all-steel design is often compared to the Walther PPK, the P-64 is a distinctly Polish design chambered for the Soviet-bloc 9x18mm Makarov cartridge.
This example is dated 1971 and displays the distinctive Polish Circle 11 factory marking.
A particularly desirable feature of this pistol is the included serial-number-matching magazine. A second magazine is also included, giving the buyer a total of TWO magazines.
The pistol also comes with a leather holster, making this an attractive and increasingly collectible Polish military surplus pistol rig.
The firearm retains an attractive blued finish with normal handling, operational, and storage wear consistent with its age and military surplus history. The black checkered grips remain in good condition.
