Description
This is an authentic World War II German Wehrmacht Tragekasten 24 metal transport case, factory stamped and dated 1943. Manufactured to carry 15 Model 1924 stick grenades (Stielhandgranaten 24), these heavy-duty sheet steel chests provided weather-resistant protection for infantry ready-use ordnance during transport to front-line positions. The internal rack system secured fully assembled grenades alongside dedicated compartments for their required friction fuzes and detonators.
